Ormerods' employment team provides a friendly, professional service to help employers and human resource professionals. As a result, we have found an increasing number of organisations coming to us by word of mouth. We enjoy our work and want our clients to enjoy working with us. Our Services

As you might expect, our services include training, assistance in handling workplace issues, business reorganisations and, ultimately, representation in Courts and Tribunals.

We also draft any of the documentation that you might require: contracts, policies and non-competition clauses are just a few examples. However, underlying this, we aim to be people you will like to work with. A key for us is to understand your organisation. We want to help you creatively and effectively apply the law and good practice to the real-life situations that you face. We enjoy taking the time to understand what you do, to meet key staff and get to grips with your ethos.

We normally conduct our own advocacy when litigation cannot be avoided, so from day one you will know who is to be involved and can be assured of direct communication with them throughout.
