Recruitment Employment Solicitor with Advocacy Experience Wanted
We are recruiting an employment solicitor to join our expanding team based in Wimbledon and Croydon.
We are looking for a solicitor with 1-2 years post qualification experience in a well respected national or regional commercial law firm. The role requires you to have acted for claimants and respondents on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. You will be comfortable handling instructions relating to redundancy, dismissal, discrimination, equal pay, general HR policies, grievance procedures, contracts of employment, TUPE and other corporate support.
You will also be encouraged to play a key supporting role in relation to the marketing of the department.
