As you might expect, we help individuals at all levels with workplace concerns about discrimination, disciplinary matters, the risk of unfair dismissal, compromise agreements, unpaid bonuses or other breaches of contract. We can also help where you feel bullied at work, need help with family friendly work issues or have other work-place grievances.
We provide full litigation support for claims in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and Civil Courts. We normally conduct our own advocacy, so from day one you will know who is to be involved and can be assured of direct communication with them throughout.
